Reapply the base and carefully turn upright. Pull out the perches under the base and remove the shrink sleeve so the birds can see the feed. Hang your feeder in a suitable location. Replace the feeding base and turn the feeder back over, then pull out the perches and remove label so birds can see the seed. Hang from a tree, dining station or from our universal feeder hook.
